Analysis of factors affecting pregnancy outcomes in patients with adenomyosis after high intensity focused ultrasound ablation: a retrospective study
This retrospective study found that high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) may improve fertility in adenomyosis patients, though pelvic adhesion, prior infertility, and lesion volume negatively impact pregnancy, while IVF-ET after GnRHa treatment improves conception rates.
