Impact of nerve‐sparing posterolateral parametrial excision for deep infiltrating endometriosis on postoperative bowel, urinary, and sexual function
This study found that nerve-sparing surgery for deep infiltrating endometriosis with posterolateral parametrectomy resulted in higher rates of postoperative dyspareunia and sexual dysfunction compared to surgery without parametrectomy.
