肺瘻周囲の胸膜に子宮内膜間質様組織を認めた月経随伴性気胸の1例を経験した.症例は31歳の女性で, 月経時期に一致して右気胸を繰り返し発症していた.排卵抑制剤投与中は気胸の発症を認めなかったが, 投与中止後, 月経時期に一致して右気胸が再発した.開胸術時に, 右肺中葉に1mm大の肺瘻を認め, 肺部分切除術を行った.術後の病理組織検査で同肺瘻周囲の胸膜に子宮内膜間質様組織が認められ, 胸膜への子宮内膜組織の播腫が気胸の原因であると考えられた.肺胸膜に子宮内膜組織を認めた月経随伴性…
