Abstract

Endometriosis is a very common gynaecological disease; however primary umbilical endometriosis isuncommon and its association with umbilical hernia is a very rare occurrence. With this case report we arepresenting a case of primary umbilical endometriosis associated with umbilical hernia in a young unmarriedgirl without any previous delivery or pelvic surgery.
