Abstract

Abstract: The paper presents morphological peculiarities in the inflammation focus of 363 women with purulent inflammatory adnexal diseases. Patients were divided into 2 groups: Group A – 116 women with intrauterus contraception and group B – 66 women without intrauterus contraception. We revealed inflammatory changes in uterine adnexa with involvement of layers of uterine tubes (necrosis, fibrosis, hyalinosis, damage of tissue of small pelvis and abdomen). Women with purulent inflammatory adnexal diseases without intrauterus contraception had mucosa damage, sometimes muscular layers of uterine tubes damage with saving of mucosa. Morphological peculiarities of the inflammation focus in women with purulent inflammatory adnexal diseases allow proving of the range of operative measures. We have the opportunity to make preserving surgery of reproductive age women with purulent inflammatory adnexal diseases without intrauterus contraception under condition of reasonable conservative therapy.
