This clinical case report describes an infertile patient diagnosed with adenomyosis who had failed in vitro fertilization (IVF) nine times. The patient received traditional Korean medicine, with reported improvements in dysmenorrhea and physical symptoms, and her uterine thickness associated with adenomyosis decreased during treatment. She subsequently became pregnant on the 10th IVF attempt and, despite bleeding during pregnancy due to adenomyosis, was reported to have maintained a stable condition with herbal medicines and delivered a healthy child by Caesarean section. The paper is centrally about adenomyosis — it reports treatment in an adenomyosis patient who achieved pregnancy after repeated IVF failures.
