Abstract
Objective To study the influence of ginsenoside Rg3 on angiogenetic ID-1 and NRP-1 gene expression in endometriotic tissues(EMs).Methods SuperArray gene chip functional classification was used to screen EMs angiogenesis related genes, and RT-PCR was used for verification. Results The expression of angiogenesis ID-1 and NRP1 gene of ectopic endometrial cells is obviously higher than normal endometrial cells(P0.05),but that of ectopic endometrial cells is obviously lower than normal endometrial cells after ginsenoside Rg3 treatment(P0.05).Conclusion Ginsenoside Rg3 may inhibit the expression of ID-1 and NRP1 gene in endometriosis and it might play an important role on angiogenesis in endometriosis.
