症例は36歳，女性．卵巣嚢腫に対する手術歴がある．10日前より心窩部痛が出現し，近医で胃炎と診断されたが，症状が悪化し当科を受診した．臍部を中心とした間欠的な強い腹痛があり，冷汗著明であった．腹部超音波検査で心窩部にpseudo kidney signを認め，造影CTにて盲腸が横行結腸まで重積しており，造影効果の乏しい腫瘤が先進部となっていた．腹痛が非常に強かったため，盲腸腫瘍による腸重積の診断で，緊急腹腔鏡下手術とした．盲腸が肝弯曲部まで重積しており，腹腔鏡下にHatchi…
